DESPATCH
Most orders placed before 2am are dispatched the same day - providing they are in stock.
You will be automatically notified by email as soon as your order has been handed to the carrier.
The email tells you who the carrier is, and the Consignment Note Number of your order.
You can then track it's progress by going to the carrier's website (such as www.parcelforce.co.uk or www.royalmail.co.uk etc.) and entering the Consignment Note No. in the 'Track your Parcel' box.
Whilst most carriers expect to deliver in the mornings, they reserve the right to deliver up to 5pm.
URGENT DELIVERY
If you need an urgent timed delivery, this can usually be arranged but you must contact the office on 01524 841726 to confirm and to pay a delivery surcharge.
PLEASE NOTE:-
All deliveries must be signed for and it is vital that you examine your delivery before signing for it, - because the carrier will deny any responsibility for loss or damage that you later discover, and you will have no claim against them - or us.
If the packaging is damaged in any way, write 'damaged' on the delivery note, or at least write 'unexamined'
